This property was completely transformed into a tropical paradise! The entire yard was sodded. Existing Queen Palms were transplanted. Existing boulders were re-located to the swale to add interest and to protect the driveway. A variety of palms and tropical plants were added to the pool area and the arbor was enhanced. The stone walkway was re-configured with existing stepping-stones. The existing irrigation system was upgraded. A complete new landscape lighting system with automatic timer was installed.

This design and installation involves a complete renovation of an existing garden-walkway from the patio to the pool area. The original plants were removed, a flagstone walkway was installed, and the fountain was restored to a functioning level.

This pool area was transformed into a lush, tropical oasis by adding a variety of palms (Majool, Christmas and Bottle Palm). An arbor was also constructed by hand to provide shade to an outdoor seating area..

At this home, we designed and installed the driveway island. The side walkway, back yard and pool area were cleaned up as well.
